Terms of Service

Pipavue legal · Terms of Service

Terms of Service

The agreement you accept when you create a Pipavue account: what the product does, what it never does, what you may do with it, and what paid access costs.

Pre-launch document. Pipavue has no registered entity yet; one will be named here before public signup opens.

Agreement

Pipavue is pre-launch. Live signal publication and paid access are not enabled for the general public yet, and the operator is an unincorporated brand rather than a registered company.

These Terms form a contract between you and the Pipavue brand (unincorporated, operated by its founder) ("Pipavue", "we", "us"). By creating an account or accepting the consent box, you agree to them together with our Privacy Notice. If you disagree, do not create an account.

The version you accepted is recorded against your account, so there is no doubt about which terms applied at a given time.

What Pipavue is, and what it is not

Pipavue is a market research and record-keeping tool. It shows price observations, defined setups with entry/stop/target/expiry levels, and gives you a journal to record your own decisions.

  • It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and it makes no recommendation tailored to your circumstances, objectives, or tolerance for loss.
  • It is not an authorised adviser, broker, dealing desk, exchange, fund manager, or custodian. We hold no client money, no positions, and no broker credentials.
  • It does not place, modify, or cancel orders. Nothing in the Service executes a trade for you.
  • It does not guarantee any result. Any figure shown is an observation or a modelled level, not a promise.

You alone decide whether to act, through a separate provider you choose and control.

Who may use the Service

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a contract.
  • You must be permitted to use a market research subscription and, if you buy one, to make the payment under the law where you live.
  • You confirm your details are accurate, and you choose the country code at signup in good faith.
  • You must not use the Service in a territory where the activity we describe is restricted, and you must stop using it if your local rules change.

Pipavue does not represent that any product is available in any particular country. Availability is settled at launch.

Your account

  • One personal account per person, tied to a verified email address. Password must be at least 8 characters.
  • You may sign up with Google where that option is enabled; Google’s own terms apply to the Google account.
  • Keep your credentials private and tell us promptly at the contact address if you think someone else has access.
  • Do not share, sell, or transfer an account. We may suspend accounts that appear shared or resold.
  • You are responsible for everything done under your sign-in, including journal entries and payments.

Signal records and analysis

A signal record is an information object: instrument, direction, entry/exit levels, publication time, expiry, and outcome. Records show their source and lifecycle.

  • Publication is gated. Missing data, stale prices, a spread outside limits, an unresolved event calendar, or a failed internal check means no publication.
  • Synthetic and sample records exist for interface demonstration. They are marked, excluded from every statistic, and are never trading suggestions.
  • Simulated outcomes are not your returns. Reference prices differ from broker prices; spread, slippage, gaps, liquidity, and timing change real results.
  • The record includes losses and unresolved cases. Where the price sequence cannot prove which level was hit first, the outcome stays unresolved rather than favourable.
  • There is no verified forward performance to report. Any percentage shown anywhere before that record exists is a preview, not evidence.

The optional AI assessment annotates candidates produced by deterministic code. It cannot set a price, publish, or override a quality gate.

Your journal

  • You enter your own records. You keep the rights in what you write and upload.
  • Never store broker credentials, API keys, or full account numbers in the journal. The account reference field exists for the last few characters only.
  • We provide storage, retrieval, and calculations so you can review your own history. We do not verify your entries and we do not draw conclusions about you from them.
  • You can erase journal content at any time from inside the journal, and export it at any time from Account settings.

Plans, payment, and renewal

Access is organised in monthly tiers — Free, Starter, Pro, and Max — with a dollar price book and a naira price book. The price, currency, and payment method shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your purchase. Tiers limit what the workspace shows you; they do not change the analysis itself.

  • Card and bank subscriptions are handled by Flutterwave on their own hosted pages. Crypto invoices are handled by Binance Pay. We never see or store your card number.
  • A pass activates only after the provider confirms the payment. Until then, the paid features stay locked.
  • Subscription payments repeat each month until you cancel. Cancelling switches off the next renewal; your access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. Crypto invoice payments are for one period and do not repeat.
  • A trial, where offered, is a 14-day audition that opens the Pro rung, once per account. It ends by itself and charges nothing: access reverts to the Free tier until you buy a pass.
  • If a renewal payment fails, the paid features stop at the end of the last paid period and resume when payment succeeds.
  • You may change or cancel a plan request at any time before a renewal takes effect.

Prices can change. We will show the new price before the renewal that uses it, and continuing to use a paid tier afterwards means you accept it.

Refunds and reversals

  • Purchases are for a defined period and are not refundable because you changed your mind, and we do not refund part of a period that has already run.
  • We refund where we must: when a feature you paid for cannot be provided and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, when a law or the payment network requires it, or when we terminate your access for our own reasons other than your breach.
  • Refunds and chargebacks raised with a provider are recorded against your account. A confirmed reversal ends the paid access it funded, and commissions linked to that purchase are voided.
  • Refund requests go to the contact address. Give the plan, the currency, and the date of the charge; the provider reference we hold for that payment is included in your account export.

Taxes on your purchase, if any, are your responsibility and are shown as the provider presents them.

The Free tier

The Free tier is a limited reading tier: a fixed pair of instruments (one currency pair and one crypto asset), the 15-minute and hourly views, and the two trend strategies. It exists so you can judge the product before paying.

Promotions may appear in the dashboard. They are labelled Ad and can be dismissed. Referral links open the sponsor’s website; they do not change Pipavue research or recommendations.

Referral credits

  • A verified account can apply one referral code, once, at signup. Attribution is fixed at signup.
  • The referrer earns 10% of the recorded dollar price of each confirmed paid pass the referred account buys within five years of that signup.
  • The referral wallet is an accounting credit in US dollars. It is not a bank account, an e-money account, or a crypto wallet, and it holds no funds of yours.
  • Withdrawal requests need a minimum balance of $5, are reviewed by staff, and are paid in crypto to the asset, network, and address you save. Check those details: a payout sent to a valid address you provided cannot be recovered by us.
  • The dollar credit is fixed at purchase time; the crypto amount and any network fee are decided when the payout is made.
  • A refund or reversal voids the related commission and may take a wallet negative; later commissions offset the deficit, and the original commission row stays for audit.
  • We can refuse or cancel credits that come from self-referral, duplicate or fake accounts, bought traffic, or any attempt to farm the programme, and we can close the programme in a territory where the rules make it unsafe to run.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Resell, republish as your own paid service, or redistribute signal levels in a way that replaces the Service.
  • Wire our output into automated order execution for third parties, or offer Pipavue analysis as advice, without written permission.
  • Scrape, crawl aggressively, hammer the API, or use shared sessions to get round plan limits.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, except where the law allows that despite this clause.
  • Upload data you have no right to use, or another person’s trading records without their agreement.
  • Interfere with the Service, probe its security without permission, or transmit malicious code.
  • Use the Service for unlawful trading, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, or money laundering.

Rights in content

  • We keep ownership of the software, interface, methodology documentation, and the signal records we produce. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them while your access is active.
  • You keep ownership of your journal content. You give us only the limited permission needed to store, display, back up, and calculate on it for you. We do not train models on it.
  • If you send feedback, we may use it without owing you anything, as long as we do not publish your private data with it.
  • Open-source components stay governed by their own licences.

Availability and changes

  • The Service is provided as it is. There is no uptime guarantee and no service level commitment; a research-stage product is not a trading venue.
  • Data feeds can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Publication stops automatically when inputs fail quality checks.
  • We can change, gate, or stop features. Any strategy can be marked disabled, which stops its channel publishing at the point of the write; the research stage of the product means live publication can be and currently is switched off entirely.
  • We can suspend or stop the Service for maintenance, abuse, provider failure, or legal need.

Ending the agreement

  • You can stop at any time: sign out, or close your account from Account settings. Closure is immediate and irreversible. Closing cancels the next renewal with the payment provider before anything is erased, and paid access runs no further than the period you already paid for; if the provider will not confirm the cancellation, closure is refused rather than left billing an account that no longer exists.
  • We can suspend or end access for a material breach, an unlawful use, a payment reversal, or a court or regulator instruction.
  • Where we end access because of your breach, unused periods are not refunded. Where we end it for our own reasons, we refund the unused part of any period we cannot provide.
  • Clauses that must survive — ownership of content, disclaimers, liability limits, and record retention — survive.

Trading risk

Foreign exchange and cryptocurrency trading can lose money quickly. Leveraged positions can lose more than you deposit. Prices move on news, liquidity, and events that no model foresaw.

  • Past or simulated behaviour does not indicate future results.
  • You are responsible for your own decisions, your own broker relationship, and your own tax position.
  • Consider taking independent advice from a licensed adviser in your country before risking capital.
  • Only risk money you can afford to lose.

Read the risk information page before you rely on anything here.

Disclaimers

  • No advice, no suitability assessment, no fiduciary or brokerage duty arises from these Terms or from using the Service.
  • No warranty that market data, calculations, levels, notifications, or outcomes are accurate, complete, current, or fit for a purpose.
  • No warranty that the Service is uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected on any schedule.
  • We are not responsible for third-party services, including your broker or exchange, payment providers, Google, or data feeds.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Pipavue is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions taken using the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to fees paid in the three months before the claim. We are never liable for indirect, special, or punitive loss to the extent permitted.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for fraud or wilful misconduct, and nothing affects rights that cannot be waived where you live.

Changes to these Terms

We can update these Terms as the product, providers, or our obligations change. The page shows its version and effective date. For material changes we give notice before they apply — in the dashboard, or by email where we have an address — and we may ask you to accept the new version; the version each account accepted is recorded. If you disagree with a change, your remedy is to stop using the Service and close the account.

General terms

  • These Terms, the Privacy Notice, and the risk page are the whole agreement about the Service and replace anything said in marketing or conversation.
  • If a clause is unenforceable, the rest still stands and the clause is read as narrowly as needed to remain valid.
  • You may not assign this agreement; we may, in connection with a reorganisation, on notice.
  • These Terms create no third-party rights except the referral credits expressly described here.
  • A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms choose no governing law and no court, on purpose. Pipavue is an unincorporated brand without a registered base, so naming one country’s law would settle something the operator has not settled and could quietly strip protections you already have where you live.

Write to us first at [email protected]. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rules of your country still apply. If an entity is formed, this section may gain a named law and venue.
